Sreelekha is a full-time partner focusing primarily on the firm’s Elder Law and Medicaid Application practices. She was named a 2021 New York Metro Super Lawyer for Elder Law by Super Lawyers Magazine. She knows first-hand the stresses facing our aging relatives as they navigate the devastating personal and financial impact of chronic illness and the cost of long-term care. Her personal experiences with such challenges have been, and continue to be, a steady source of empathy, strength and comfort for innumerable clients.
Sreelekha is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts and has lectured on such topics as “Dotting the I’s and Crossing the T’s: So You Executed That Trust, Now What? Our Top Five Items to Advise the Grantor and Trustee” (presented at Stetson University Law School’s 2019 National SNT Conference), as well as COBRA coverage and health insurance portability. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the NYSBA Elder Law Section. Sreelekha also is the devoted mother of two incredible daughters and wife to her extraordinary, loving husband and law partner, Michael.
